At Hostgreen we are specialized in the development of vTiger CRM management software for machinery facility management companies. We have extensive experience in this type of projects giving customized solutions for our client portfolio of the installation companies sector.
Among the modules that have this vertical solution that we have adapted are:
1.- Account Module (Customers)
Register the set of Companies (Customers) to which we can issue budgets, orders
of sale or invoices. Also associate business opportunities to manage with them.


2. -Work Center module

Registers the set of Work Centers that each of the Companies (Clients) have. Each
Work center is a physical address where the different Machines / Equipment can be installed
which are described in the following modules. Given a customer this can have up to N Centers

4.- Módulo de Presupuestos

Record the budgets that are issued to each Account. Given a budget is composed of N product / service lines to budget. Any budget can be printed to PDF, It can be associated with a business opportunity and has an issue date. The Budgets can go through different states (created, pending, accepted). Any budget we can generate from it a copy of the Sales Order or a copy of the corresponding Invoice (Billing it).


5.- Bid Module

Register the set of Machinery Offers that have been prepared for customers. Every offer has one or more machines and allows the PDF features of each of the machines offered to be attached to the offer PDF.

6.- Delivery Notes Module

Register the set of delivery notes for the departures of the technicians in interventions in the clients' house. With these delivery notes or parts of work the technicians bring the result of the intervention with the different materials used, hours of work and performance. After this within the module we have a utility to perform the Automatic Billing of all the delivery notes pending to Billing customers.


7.- Invoices module

Registers the set of Sales Invoices to Customers (Accounts). Any invoice can be associated with an initial Budget, Order or Albaran generated from it.

8.- Management Module vtiger implantation

It records the set of Receipts of Invoices (Effects) pending and marks them as completed after bank reconciliation. After registering the bills of the Invoice pending it is marked as Paid automatically. A new collection record is created from the invoice


9.- Suppliers Module

Registers the database of suppliers that are available to be able to issue purchase orders to them the set of Purchase Requests, Entry Notes, Purchase Invoices made to suppliers. Every purchase order is associated with a supplier and has a registration date. The purchase order has N associated products / services. Within the purchase order when we make it we can choose the price of the product at the price of a special purchase rate. The purchase order is transformed to Albaran de Entrada and there at the time it is placed in a “received” state this causes the Stock of the product to be increased in the N units of said product in the Albaran de Entrada.


11.-Service Contracts Module

Register the set of Maintenance Service Contracts that we have with our clients. These service contracts have a validity period and allow us to have control of when we must give our client a free support or maintenance.

12.- Installed Equipment Module

Registers the set of equipment that we have installed in the possible Work Centers of the clients. Each team can be associated with a current maintenance contract to it. Each team is identified by its serial number. Within each team we have all the history of incident interventions and related work parts.


13.- Incident Module

Registers the set of after-sales incidents with Customer Accounts or Contacts. incidents can be automatically opened in the vTiger by an email that sends a customer or by registering from the client portal module.


14.- Products / Services Module

sales, applicable VAT, available stock. The services are special products which do not have stock There is possibility to classify by product families. All products are visible to when making budgets, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders. Each product It has a Stock in the warehouse where for each Entry Albaran it is increased and for each Sales invoice is decremented.

15.- Módulo de Precontactos

Register a database of potential people who can do business with us. TO the precontacts we can associate Tasks and Events of commercial visits or calls within of the Calendar.


16.- Módulo de Campañas

Register the set of commercial campaigns that you want to manage from the CRM. To one commercial campaign you can add N records of Contacts, Precontacts, or Accounts. How As a result of a campaign you have M records of new business opportunities generated. We can automatically send personalized emails one by one to all contacts associated with the campaign and measure the email openings that have occurred by the contacts


17.- Módulo de Calendario

Visualization in a Google Calendar of all events and dates that occur in the system. Registration of business visits, birthday of contacts, pending tasks, expiration of opportunities, bill expiration, start of projects, start of activities.

18.- Módulo de Tareas / Eventos

Given a contact, precontact, or account we can create a Task or Event log that allows you to control the date of completion of the calendar, also remains registered and associated within the contact file.

19.- Módulo de Oportunidades

21.- Módulo de Portal de Clientes

Access portal for company customers. Through a login / password that arrives through email automatically the client connects to this portal and can work with: the list of budgets that have been issued to you, the list of invoices, the list of incidents to be managed, Open a new issue.

22.- Módulo de app Android para partes de Trabajo
Through our Hostgreen Android Ticket management application, field technicians are allowed to perform operations such as: collecting the client's signature to include in the PDF of the work part, recording comments on the resolution of the ticket, imputing different materials used in the resolution for the subsequent automatic billing of the same along with the work hours of the work part.

23.- Módulo de app Android/iOS para control de accesos RRHH

Through our access management application, the entry and exit of each worker in the different work centers is recorded, leaving a record of the geolocation of the signing of either entry and exit. Subsequently, all these signings can be exported to Excel from vTiger CRM to keep track of them and report them.
